Scope
These terms govern use of the Emban website, documentation, and any evaluation or free access provided by SideLabs. Commercial deployments may also be governed by an order form, invoice, or separate written agreement.

Website and evaluation terms
These terms set the baseline for using the public Emban site and any evaluation access. Production use may also be covered by a separate commercial agreement.
Self-hosted product model
Emban is offered as a self-hosted product. You are responsible for the infrastructure where you deploy it, including ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, network exposure, authentication configuration, backups, and access controls.
Acceptable use
Do not use the website or evaluation access to probe for vulnerabilities, disrupt service availability, bypass licensing or access controls, or process data you are not authorized to use. You are responsible for how Emban is configured in your own environment.
No warranty
The website, documentation, and evaluation access are provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SideLabs disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Liability
SideLabs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or evaluation materials. Any direct liability is limited to the amount paid to SideLabs for the applicable evaluation or subscription period, if any.
