Why tenant-based pricing instead of per viewer?
Per-viewer pricing punishes you for shipping analytics to your customers — every active end-user becomes a line item. Emban prices on tenants and events, so the cost grows with your business, not your users' engagement.
What happens at the event limit?
The platform soft-caps with a header-level warning before any data is dropped. You can upgrade in-app or stay over for a short grace window — we don't want a metric spike to break customer dashboards.
Can I move between plans?
Up at any time, prorated. Down at the next renewal. Scale customers can also annualize for a discount and predictable budget.
Do you offer a trial on paid plans?
Yes — Starter and Growth ship with a 14-day trial. The free plan is also indefinitely free for evaluation, with one published dashboard.
